Our history

What does newbetech do?

newbetech solutions GmbH is a service company established in 2005 for the planning, implementation and service of high-quality communication systems from the manufacturers Mitel and Avaya. The desire to expand your own product portfolio with fire alarm systems is the birth of newbetech Sicherheitssysteme GmbH. The founding of the former shareholders took place under the leadership of Thomas Lange in 2015.

 

After a large number of personnel changes, Michael Chouremidis and Thomas Lange found each other in 2018 and thus marked the turning point for the future, stable company orientation. Since 2018, newbetech Sicherheitssysteme has grown by ten employees and today consists of a team of 14 colleagues and some firmly affiliated partner companies.

your online application

Are you interested in an apprenticeship at newbetech? Under "Apply now" you can upload your application documents quickly and easily. Please enter your contact details first and then upload your documents. Please note that your application documents should include a cover letter and a CV. The online application usually only takes 5-10 minutes.

Checking your documents

After we have received your documents, including a cover letter and CV, we will take the time to review them. We will check them for completeness and read your cover letter carefully. This way we can already assess whether you fit into our team and whether you are up to the requirements of the training. Please note that reviewing your documents can take up to two weeks.

your job interview

If your application documents convince us and we are interested in getting to know you better, we will contact you to arrange an (online) interview with you. You will have the interview with the managing director, Mr. Lange, and it usually lasts about an hour. The aim of the interview is for us to get to know each other and learn more about you and your qualifications.

Cooperation with IHK

After you have completely convinced us of yourself, we will clarify all further details of your training contract in cooperation with the Chamber of Industry and Commerce. It is determined in detail which projects you will take on with us and when you will expand your practical knowledge in theory for basic and specialist training at the vocational school. As soon as everything is set, we will get back to you.

We will then discuss all the details of your training contract with you and send it to you. So that you feel comfortable with us right from the start and you can prepare for your apprenticeship, we would be happy to welcome you to our office in Kaarst. They get the opportunity to get to know the premises and the team and possibly even get an insight into the daily routine.

From your first day as an apprentice you are a permanent member of our team. Welcome! Our goal is to prepare you comprehensively for the profession  with the help of our experts and our competent team and are always at your side with advice and assistance.
