We will get back to you within a few days and give you feedback on how well you fit into our team. If you are shortlisted, we would like to get to know you and make an appointment to meet with you.

Appointment by arrangement, approx. 1 hour
You have convinced us with your application and we would like to learn more about you. We are currently conducting the discussions via video calls. In the introductory talk we would like to learn more about your specialist knowledge, your practical experience and your strengths. Of course you will also have the opportunity to ask questions and get to know us

The first conversation went great, we are completely convinced of you and you also really want to join our team? Then we'll talk to each other again, clarify the last questions and discuss your contract offer. You will then receive your signed contract in the mail.

about 1 week before your first day
We start onboarding early so that you feel integrated and comfortable with us right from the start. Before your first day, you will receive a comprehensive email with lots of useful information for your first day. If you have any questions, you can contact your mentor.
