We at the newbetech Group are proud to announce an important milestone: the seamless integration of our partner solutions—SmartCare from Discvision Solutions and FACT24 ENS+ from F24. This partnership opens up entirely new possibilities for modern care facilities and sets new standards in communication, efficiency, and convenience.

Discvision Solutions GmbH develops future-oriented assistance systems for care facilities. At its core is the SmartCare solution: It brings modern voice assistance into the everyday lives of residents and staff – including Alexa integration for intuitive operation. This creates new possibilities for easily controlling everyday tasks such as ordering food, setting reminders, or communicating directly with staff using voice commands.

F24 is considered one of the leading providers of alerting and crisis communication solutions in Europe. The ENS+ platform supports facilities in informing all relevant employees quickly, reliably, and securely in critical situations – whether via app, email, SMS, or voice call. The system is designed for professional, highly secure communication and is used across industries.

The newbetech group's role in this project was to manage the technical integration and act as an interface between the participating manufacturers. We also conducted practical tests to ensure smooth operation and optimal implementation. In this way , we ensure that all components work together optimally and make everyday life easier, even in particularly demanding situations.


With this collaboration, we underscore our goal of developing innovative and sustainable care solutions. This new integration not only relieves the burden on our specialist staff, but also demonstrably improves the quality of care and safety for residents and staff.
